Build a Better Team and Have a Blast Doing It

The atmosphere encouraged people to step outside their comfort zone. I really had a great time and would definitely recommend this to others.

With your concept one is actually involved in several teams throughout the day: each instrument try-out was a small team (I like the fact that we were with different folks in each of these sessions) the bass group was really a team, and our “band” was the ultimate team of the day.  What I really liked is that I got something personal out of the day in addition to the team-building.
